Received this p0028 code on my 08 ll bean forester last weekend when going up to the mountain. Didn't notice any issue running until I had to climb a pretty steep hill and rpms went over 4K. The car was physically shaking back and forth like it was going to stall until I took my foot off the gas a bit and brought rpms down.
